If you are over 16, and have been referred for an x-ray, you can now book your appointment online.
Follow the steps below to book your x-ray appointment:
- Scan the QR code to book onto our patient portal
- Select the hospital, date and time that suits you
- Enter your details
- Confirmation will be sent via text or email
If you need to cancel you appointment, please call 0344 811 811 and request to be out through to the x-ray department at your chosen hospital.
If you have recently fallen, require a hoist or are pregnant, please call 01912932541
