Private charges
The National Health Service does not pay for some services provided by GPs and a separate fee will be charged for items such as private sick notes, medical reports and examinations, insurance forms, and holiday cancellation certificates. Please ask for details.
Pharmacy Service
The Village Green Surgery has a pharmacist who runs clinics at the surgery. The pharmacist can offer help with your medications, and we can offer advice on the Pharmacy First system, which means patients can use their local pharmacy as the first point of call for minor ailments.
Interpreting Service
If you would like an interpreter to attend your consultation, please tell reception when you book your appointment.
Patient Transport Service
Non-emergency transport for patients with a medical condition that prevents them from travelling for treatment or need assistance during the journey. Bookings for eligible patients can be made by calling the number below, by a GP, dedicated call centre or hospital staff.
